Talking about loss
When someone close to us dies we may feel a separation from everyday life. Often, when we are able to share our experiences and talk openly, it becomes possible to regain a sense of connection with ourselves, each other and our lives.
Talk to us for free, lines are open 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday:
Group support
In all our Centres we host a number of groups where people who have been affected by cancer in different ways can meet and chat to share experiences. These groups provide you with support and guidance from people just like you, people who have been affected by the impact of cancer.

Counselling
Sometimes when dealing with a loss, it’s important to take the time and have a structured form of therapy. Counselling allows you a private space and the opportunity to explore feelings and emotions in a confidential, one to one setting.
