Our support centres at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital, in Norwich city centre, Great Yarmouth and King’s Lynn are open from Monday to Friday (9am – 4.30pm) excluding bank holidays.

You’re welcome to pop in to any of our support centres when you’re passing, or, book an appointment. If you’re unable to get to one of our centres, we also have support hubs across the county, which are available on a weekly basis, offering support closer to home, and a full range of support online.

Great Yarmouth

Our Centre in Great Yarmouth is located in the centre of town on Regent Street.

If visiting for the first time, you’ll soon be transported away from the hustle and bustle of the street to a relaxing, cosy space.

Norwich (NNUH)

Our Norwich Centre (NNUH) is based in the grounds of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, just a short walk down from the Colney Centre.

This centre also opens on the last Saturday of the month, to ensure those working during the week can still access support.

King’s Lynn

The King’s Lynn Centre is located in the centre of town on Railway Road, where you’ll find a warm welcome and a listening ear.

Norwich City Centre (Dereham Road)

Our Norwich City Support Centre is on the Dereham Road, just a short walk down from the city.

This is our latest Support Centre, which opened in July 2023, thanks to the kind support of the local community with our Nearer to Home campaign.

Cromer

Big C offers support at the Macmillan Centre at Cromer Hospital, every Monday, with complementary therapies in the morning and counselling sessions in the afternoon.

Thetford

The Charles Burrell Centre provides a wide range of community and health services with Thetford and the surrounding area. Our support team is available every Thursday.

Halesworth (Pear Tree Centre)

Our Halesworth Cancer Support Hub is part of the Pear Tree Centre – a warm and welcoming one-stop-shop which offers support, information, counselling and benefits advice to anyone who has been diagnosed with a life-changing illness.
