Getting to the Hospital

Addenbrooke’s Hospital, part of Cambridge University Hospitals, is based on the southern edge of Cambridge, close to Trumpington and in between the M11 and A11. From Norfolk, take the A11 towards Cambridge and take the Babraham Road (A1307) junction.

Public Transport

The hospital encourages you to take public transport where possible however for those needing to take a car two car parks are available. 

The hospital site is accessible by public transport from Cambridge City Centre and from Cambridge Rail Station. Bus stops for Addenbrookes can be found just outside the rail stations. You can take either Busway A or R (signed for Trumpington Park and Ride via Addenbrook’e and the Biomedical Campus), a Green Park & Ride bus (signed for Babraham Park and Ride via Addenbrooke’s bus station), the Universal Service or a regular Citi bus to Addenbrooke’s.

  • Car park 2 – 600 patient and visitors space including 63 disabled spaces
